This is about living mindfully with no excuses. If I can do it, anyone can do it. Mindfulness isn’t about living in a state of perfection. It’s not only accessible to some. You can live mindfully. You can meditate. You can do yoga. We can all benefit from mindful living and stress reduction. If you’re looking for pictures of the perfect pose, in the perfect setting, from someone with the perfect body, I’m simply not that person. I’m a mom that’s doing my best and learning as I go. I hope you can learn some things from me and I can learn some things from you. I’m currently gaining my medication teacher certification and will be teaching some live and online courses. This in mindfulness and meditation for everyone, including you.
